2026 leadership class learn insights from school board chair and ACLU director

The Margaret McGrath Leadership Program was in full gear last weekend! 

Participants came together to dive into the key actions and issues shaping the League’s work in 2026—bringing energy, ideas, and a shared commitment to making an impact.

We were also inspired by incredible community voices, including Joshua Kaufman (ACLU Florida) and Sarah Leonardi (Chair of the Broward County School Board), who shared powerful insights on how each of us can make a meaningful difference right here at the local level.
