About this event
As part of the celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Otto Valenzuela will make a presentation about Hispanic Unity of Florida. Otto is Director of Public Policy and Advocacy at Hispanic Unity of Florida (HUF), a community organization located in Hollywood, Florida, whose mission is to empower immigrants and others to become self-sufficient, productive, and civically engaged and is the largest immigrant serving organization in Broward County. HUF's efforts include policy strategies to find long-term, multi-generational solutions to the issues our community faces.
