A good website is critically important because it serves as a powerful digital tool for building credibility, raising funds and engaging with members and non-members.

We're forming a Website Tech Team to consider ways we can modernize our site and take advantage of new ClubExpress features like member-only navigation, expanded menus/submenus and photographic banners. We need to develop style standards, templates and guidelines. Also, coming into an election year, there's a lot that needs to happen to make sure we supply Broward voters with the information they expect to find on www.lwvbroward.org. There are too many possibilities for one or two people to handle (five volunteers participated in our original implementation), but we can divide the work into manageable parts and have a website that works for both members and visitors.

This is a call to action to anyone who can help - either with one short-term project or as an ongoing team member. No expreience is necessary - we need writers just as much as graphic designers and training will be provided.
