On November 29, you will hear Ms. Scoon talk about her background and story, including her impressions of race, how she came to them, and how it affected her decision to be a civil rights attorney. She also will address what she sees as the most pressing issues about race in Florida and our community. She will make recommendations for action and discuss how we can respond.
