Teacher Appreciation Week Begins
May 3-7 marks Teacher Appreciation Week. Since 1984, the National PTA has designated one week in May as a special time to honor the men and women who lend their passion and skills to educating children.

The League of Women Voters of Wisconsin is excited to invite you to join us in virtually learning about the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact from Eileen Reavey, the grass roots director for the nonprofit organization National Popular Vote. Representative Gary Hebl will inform us about the bill’s progress in the Wisconsin Legislature and Dr. Barbara Klein will tell us about the history of LWV of the United States‘ support of the National Popular Vote and the work of its task force.
